# Creating Your Organization

> What happens when you sign up — the setup wizard, step by step.

Signing up creates a new **organization** (tenant) and makes you its first
admin. Setup runs as a short wizard; every step is saved as you go, so you
can leave and pick up where you stopped.

#### Business domain

Tell Moyo Suite what kind of business you run (retail, medical, gourmet,
services, or other) plus your company name, phone, and country. This
tunes default terminology and templates for your industry.

#### Compliance

Set tax details for invoicing — a GST number (validated against the
Indian 15-character format where applicable), whether TDS applies, and
your invoice number prefix/starting number.

#### Choose your modules

Pick which of CRM, Billing, Expense, and Inventory to turn on. You can
change this later from **Settings → Plan → Modules** — see
[Plans & Modules](/guides/plans-modules).

#### Bring your data

Start fresh, or import existing customers, products, and balances from a
CSV. This hands off into the same wizard covered in
[Data Import & Export](/guides/data-import-export).

#### Payment setup

Connect Razorpay or Stripe for collecting payments, or skip this for now.
Only publishable/public keys are accepted here — secret keys are never
entered during onboarding.

#### Invite your team

Add teammates by email and assign each one a starting permission
profile. See [Team & Permissions](/guides/team-permissions) for what
each profile can do.

#### Walkthrough

Pick your first action — create a lead, send an invoice, log an expense,
add a product, invite another teammate, or just explore the dashboard —
and Moyo Suite takes you straight there.
