# Inventory

> Track products and stock levels for a single location.

Inventory in Moyo Suite is deliberately simple: products and their stock counts, at
**one location per organization**.

> Multi-warehouse support isn't available yet — the Warehouses screen in the
> product is a placeholder for future work. If you operate multiple physical
> locations, all stock is currently tracked as a single combined count.

## Products

A Product has a name, a `sku` that's unique within your organization, a
price, and a category.

## Stock

Each Product has exactly one Stock record — just a `quantity`. There's no
reserved/committed vs. available split today: selling more than you have in
stock is allowed and simply takes the quantity negative, rather than being
blocked.

## Stock adjustments

Every change to a product's quantity — manual correction, or an automatic
decrement — is logged as a `StockAdjustment`: the quantity before, the
change, the quantity after, and a reason. Automatic adjustments (for example,
stock decrementing when an invoice is sent) carry an idempotent reference so
the same event never double-decrements stock even if it's retried or
replayed.
