# Plans & Modules

> What each plan includes, and how modules can be added independently.

An organization's **plan** sets its baseline (price, team size limit,
storage) and which modules are bundled in. Modules can also be added
individually as paid add-ons regardless of plan — so, for example, Expense
Management can be purchased standalone on the Free plan without upgrading.

## Plan tiers

| Tier           | Typical use                                          |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| **Free** | Try Moyo Suite with a small team and limited modules |
| **Starter** | Small teams needing more than one module bundled in |
| **Pro** | Growing teams, higher member and storage limits |
| **Enterprise** | Custom limits and pricing |

Each plan defines a `member_limit`, `storage_gb`, and monthly/yearly
pricing.

## The five modules

CRM, Billing, Inventory, Expense Management, and the AI Assistant are the
complete set of modules today — there are no others. Each plan marks each
module as either **included** (bundled at no extra cost) or available as a
**standalone add-on** with its own price.

The AI Assistant is priced separately from the other four (\$20/mo standalone,
included only on Pro and Enterprise) because — unlike a CRM or Billing
seat — every message it sends has a real, per-use cost behind it, not just a
one-time cost to build the feature.

Manage this from **Settings → Plan → Modules** — turning a module on or off
here is exactly what changes which sections of Moyo Suite (and which entities in
[Data Import & Export](/guides/data-import-export)) are available to your
team.

## Subscription status

Your organization's subscription itself moves through:

```text
trial → active → past_due → cancelled
                           → expired
```
